El comercio electr\u00f3nico ha ido evolucionando hasta conseguir posicionarse en un buen lugar en el mercado; a su vez las estrategias del marketing tambi\u00e9n han tenido una evoluci\u00f3n con la misma direcci\u00f3n. Debido a estos cambios ha surgido una buena profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Definici\u00f3n del shopper marketing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>shopper marketing <\/strong>se trata de una profesi\u00f3n que se encuentra <strong>dentro del marketing<\/strong>; esta se dedica al estudio de decisiones de los compradores en los lugares donde puede realizarse una venta. Este estudio puede surgir en tiendas f\u00edsicas o virtuales.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado de estas investigaciones ayuda a identificar los tipos de consumidores; cu\u00e1l es el objetivo de las compras, los distintos tipos de productos y el gasto que conlleva. Las tareas de esta profesi\u00f3n se pueden segmentar en lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posicionamiento: este engloba todo aquello lo que tenga que ver con la infraestructura<\/li>\n<li>Producto: abarca las caracter\u00edsticas<\/li>\n<li>Promoci\u00f3n: Comprensi\u00f3n de las acciones en cuanto a la publicidad<\/li>\n<li>Precio: Integraci\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis de las ofertas, descuentos y precios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para las empresas el marketing de compradores <strong>tiene dos posiciones<\/strong>, que son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Voluntad propia para organizar un concepto de compra<\/li>\n<li>Asumir el trabajo ejecutado por los proveedores para encargarse de la toma de decisiones<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es decir, que la primera trata de ayudar al desarrollo de las inversiones internas de la empresa; mientras que la segunda hace posible que se introduzcan inversiones externas. En resumen, ambas promueven el incremento de las ventas para la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la determinaci\u00f3n de querer contribuir en la manera en que las personas hacen m\u00e1s compras; han surgido numerosas ayudas tecnol\u00f3gicas, hoy d\u00eda hay aplicaciones que ayudan a reconocer las situaciones comerciales gracias a la evaluaci\u00f3n de los eventos que pueden afectar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Funciones y ventajas\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las funciones de este trabajo son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estudios sobre el mercado para encontrar las distintas necesidades del consumidor<\/li>\n<li>Revisar los h\u00e1bitos de los consumidores a la hora de comprar<\/li>\n<li>Analizar la conducta de los consumidores al momento de comprar<\/li>\n<li>Influenciar en la determinaci\u00f3n de los compradores<\/li>\n<li>Concebir un plan que estimule la compra, formalizado en estrategias<\/li>\n<li>Involucrar distintas t\u00e1cticas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ahora entre las ventas de contar con <strong>shopper marketing <\/strong>en la empresa, tenemos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiplicaci\u00f3n en las ventas<\/li>\n<li>Aumento del valor de la marca tanto en su entorno como fuera de \u00e9l<\/li>\n<li>Estrategias con mayor eficiencia<\/li>\n<li>Estimulaci\u00f3n en las ventas<\/li>\n<li>Mayor aceptaci\u00f3n por el p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<li>Ampliaci\u00f3n en el mercado<\/li>\n<li>Mejora la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sistemaimpulsa.com\/blog\/whatsapp-para-atencion-al-cliente\/\">atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un shopper puede en ciertas ocasiones tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1ar el <strong>papel de consumidor<\/strong>; pero no siempre es el caso.
