Hoy no hay marcas que controlan el mercado, en realidad, <strong>todas est\u00e1n a merced de esa ola de opiniones<\/strong>, reviews y solicitudes de personas que demandan productos de calidad y realmente funcionales. La m\u00e9trica es uno de los pilares de la optimizaci\u00f3n de tus proyectos y del Customer Experience, pues no es justo que est\u00e9s solo complaciendo y haciendo felices a todos sin que el <strong>retorno de la inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> sea palpable.
